Check Outs

Monday-Friday: Just like a hotel, check out time is between 7am-11am. If you choose the afternoon pick up option between 2pm-5pm, you will be charged an additional $20 per dog for “daycare” since they are here all day.

There is no $20 charge on weekends as we have more limited hours.

Early Pick Ups

If you decide to pick your dog up early or your plans change, you will not be refunded, and your total will not change for your reserved booking. We are sorry that this has become necessary to require such a policy, but we cannot continue to incur the loss of revenue due to the many early pick-ups & last minute cancellations we have had.

Peak Dates

We require a 3 night minimum for all holidays. We require a 5 night minimum for Spring & Fall Break (all school schedules in TN)

Cancellations

All confirmed reservations must be cancelled at least three (3) days prior to your pet’s reserved arrival date. A cancellation made within three (3) days of your pet’s arrival date or a no-show will result in a $25 cancellation fee.

Payment Options

We prefer cash or check. If you need to use a card there will be a 3% card fee added to the invoice. Checks can be made out to “Cedar Hill Doggie Staycare” or “CHDS”. For all reservations 7 nights or longer full payment is to be paid in full by the drop-off date regardless of the time of year.
